Pulimurugan (English: Leopard Murugan) is a 2016 Indian Malayalam-language action adventure film directed by Vysakh .
PuliMurugan is a pakka Mass masala entertainer , Dont expect anything else from it .Mohanlal - Vysakh Combo had succeded in giving a complete commercial entertainer .
Watched Pulimurugan FDFS , This is a treat for mohanlal fans.Movie has been widely welcomed by fans With huge round of applause .
Vysakh had done a brilliant job in utilising Mohanlal's Stardom . Many masss scenes are filled in the film. Mohanlal is mind blowing , hats off !!
Pulimurugan is the story of Murugan who is a nightmare for man eating tigers . He is highly talented to hunt down tigers . He is Savior of people from these tigers. He loves his family , his brother . Some unexpected events happens in his life and how he solves it forms the crux of the film !
Vysakh had done a wonderful job in directing this move to near perfection . he knows the pulse of lalettan fans and given what they needed ! Mass scenes guaranteed .
Scripting by Udayakrishna seems to be mainly focused on mohanlals character . Many build up dialogues about hero may feel bore . predictable story line and some unwanted characters ruined the flow of the film . Comedies didn't gave any impact . Still not bad for a masala entertainer .
Mohanlal ! what a performance , he is the best ! so flexible that actions seems to be effortless !! Nothing much to say . Top-notch !!
Lal was also superb in supporting role !
Kamalinee Mukherjee had done her part beautifully .
Stunt choreography by Peter hein was another level in malayalam cinema ! Without him pulimurgan will be strictly average .
Vfx are super ! Worth the budget .
Cinematography is brilliant , visualisation of forest and actions scenes are perfectly captured .
Gopi sundar had given average songs , BGM at some portions are super , but for mass scenes BGM should have been better !
Pulimurugan may feel little slow in some parts and some comedies scenes ruined the flow of the film . But mohanlal brilliant performance and high octane action scenes made this movie a good watch .
Overall : Good mass masala entertaine because of good direction and action scenes!
