Thuppakki is a Fast paced action thriller!! Ilayathalapthy Vijay ,Name is enough for fans to enjoy his movie !!
This is one of the best performance of vijay !! and his best movie of recent Years !!
Thuppakki is the story of a soldier , Jagadeesh who returns to mumbai from kashmir !! There, in an unexpected Event, Jagadish witnesses the explosion of a bus in which they had travelled, He Manages to catch the terrorist ! and tranfer him to police , but he escapes from police custody with help of a police officer, but jagadeesh catches him again and interogates him!! with that interogation Jagadeesh discovers that the Islamic terrorist group Harkat-ul-Jihad al-Islami, which the bomber belongs to, has planned various such attacks in the city in a couple of days ! jagadeesh successfully track down and kill 12 terrorists !! From there The laeder for of the terrorist gang try to take revange against jagadeesh !! THis forms the Crux of the film!!
A.R murugadoss is the MAn who made this movie a brilliant one ..intelligent and fast paced scrpting which will not make us bored!!!
His narration is good enough to make us engaged in the movie ..But some unwanted comedies and scenes made the flow of the movie gone wrong!!
Vijay - As always He is pakka mass ! his powerpacked performance backed up the movie !
cinematography - Santosh sivan .. He is one of the best cinematographer in indian cinema !! He gives stunning visuals . Breathtaking action sequences !!
Music - Harris Jayaraj as always rocked with his BGM !! my fav BGM in tamil cinemas !! songs are also nice !!
Thuppakki had also remade into hindi as holiday ! but orginal version is far better than remake !
overall : Fast paced Action thriller ! with all essential commercial elements to keep us engaged !!
